Mr. Gorman received his undergraduate education at the University of Illinois (B.S., cum laude, 1976) and his law degree at Stanford University Law School (J.D., 1979), where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Gorman is a member of the American Bar Association's Antitrust, Litigation, and Forum on Franchising Sections. He has also lectured on the subjects of trade secrets and employment law.
