Ms. Fujii received her B.A. in Economics with minors in Business and Japanese from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa in 2015. In 2018, she received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. She was the 2016 recipient of the Japanese American Bar Association Educational Foundation’s Justine K. Tamura Scholarship, and the 2017 recipient of the Buddy Epstein and Christine Kim Endowed Scholarship in Tax Law.
Ms. Fujii’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on net lease transactions. Her recent transactions include the acquisition and refinancing of the fee interest in the Alcon contact lens manufacturing facility in Georgia, as well as the sale of five Citibank or BMO Harris Bank branches.
Ms. Fujii also has experience in intellectual property and business litigation. Most recently, Ms. Fujii assisted the plaintiff’s legal team in defeating the defendants’ summary judgment motion in a copyright infringement case.
