Cynthia Bouza

Real Estate

Ms. Bouza received her B.B.A. in Business, Marketing, and Retail Management from Pace University and her JD from USC Gould School of Law. She spent her early career at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory and Natsis in the Los Angeles office.

Ms. Bouza’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. Her recent transactions include the sale of an almond farm in Tehama, CA and the acquisition of a Christian Brothers Automotive Center in Leander, Texas as a replacement property in a forward Section 1031 exchange. In August 2022, she helped represent the buyer-landlord in the sale-leaseback of 59 Walgreens stores in 12 states and is currently assisting in the individual sales of these properties.
